Working with US partner Strada and engineering consultants ARUP, Ultra – MTS has undertaken detailed work on designs for a PRT system for Birmingham, Alabama.

This would run 4.5 miles from the Airport to Downtown Birmingham, and in a phased development would connect the Business District, the Hospital area, the University of Alabama at Birmingham with Downtown.
